Privacy Notice

Account data: display name, channel name, email, avatar and preferences (language, theme).

Content: the prompts you write, the images/overlays you generate and your generation options. References you upload are stored to process them.

Usage data: tokens consumed, generations, technical logs and notifications.

Payment data: handled by Polar.sh (Merchant of Record). We do not store your card details; we only receive subscription status and a transaction identifier.

To provide the service (authentication, overlay generation, library, community), process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, notices), improve the product and prevent abuse.

We use vendors that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth and storage), Polar (payments and invoicing), Resend (email delivery) and AI model providers (Replicate and OpenRouter) to generate text and images from your prompts.

Your prompts and references are sent to these AI providers solely to generate the requested content.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the session and preferences (language/theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except what we must keep for legal or accounting obligations.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and manage email preferences from Account → Preferences and Account → Privacy. To exercise any right, email soporte@streampackapp.com.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control via RLS). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
