Privacy Notice

Account data: display name, channel name, email, avatar and preferences (language, theme).

Content: the prompts you write, the images/overlays you generate and your generation options. References you upload are stored to process them.

Usage data: tokens consumed, generations, technical logs and notifications.

Payment data: handled by Polar.sh (Merchant of Record). We do not store your card details; we only receive subscription status and a transaction identifier.

To provide the service (authentication, overlay generation, library, community), process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, notices), improve the product and prevent abuse.

We use vendors that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth and storage), Polar (payments and invoicing), Resend (email delivery) and AI model providers (Replicate and OpenRouter) to generate text and images from your prompts.

Your prompts and references are sent to these AI providers solely to generate the requested content.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the session and preferences (language/theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except what we must keep for legal or accounting obligations.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and manage email preferences from Account → Preferences and Account → Privacy. To exercise any right, email soporte@streampackapp.com.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control via RLS). No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

StreamPack Studio is our Windows app. It uses the same StreamPack account and, in addition to the above, processes the following data.

Platform accounts: if you connect Kick or Restream, we store their access tokens in our database to read your events, send chat messages and update your stream title. Your Twitch and YouTube sessions are stored only on your PC, encrypted with Windows data protection, and are never sent to our servers. You can disconnect any of them from Studio at any time.

Live chat and events: messages, gifts, follows and subscriptions from your Twitch, Kick and TikTok streams reach Studio, partly through our servers, which relay them in real time. YouTube's come straight from Google to your PC, without going through our servers (see section 9). We do not store chat content in our database; it may remain temporarily in those servers' technical logs, used only to diagnose problems. If you enable it, Studio also sends messages to your chat on your behalf.

Data on your computer: scenes, recordings, settings, rankings (Top donors, Top likes), and avatars and VTubers you import are stored on your PC and are not uploaded to our servers, except what you choose to publish in the community.

Gift catalog: Studio shares with our server the names and images of each platform's gifts it sees live (YouTube's too), to build a shared catalog. It does not include who sent them or any other data about your audience.

Permissions and plan: Studio periodically asks our server which plan and features your account has. If it cannot reach it, it runs in free mode until the connection is back.

AI Clips: if you choose a cloud provider (for example Groq, AssemblyAI, Deepgram, Google Gemini or OpenRouter), your recording's audio or transcript is sent directly to that provider with your own key, and is governed by its privacy policy. With local models (Whisper and Qwen), everything is processed on your PC and never leaves it.

Optional downloads: local AI models, voices and other optional components are downloaded from their official sources (for example GitHub and Hugging Face) only when you request them.

Notifications: Studio's Windows notifications are generated on your computer; we do not use external notification services.

Live on the website: while you stream with Studio, we publish on the StreamPack home page your channel's public name, its platform, its public profile picture and how long you've been live. It is part of the service and cannot be turned off (see the Terms of Service). To do so, Studio pings our server every minute while you stream, and it stops showing when the stream ends or a few minutes after Studio closes. It is only shown while you are live, and no sensitive data is ever published: not your email, real name, stream keys, earnings or any other account data.

Technical logs: Studio keeps a log on your PC of how it is running (frames per second, encoder, cameras, warnings and errors) and sends it to our server when it opens and when each stream or recording ends, so we can support you and improve its performance. Before sending it, Studio removes stream keys, tokens, your Windows user name and the titles and IDs of your streams. It does not include chat content. Only the StreamPack team sees it, and it is deleted automatically within 30 days at most.

StreamPack Studio uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account in Studio you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and the data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

What Studio reads, and only from your own channel: the channel's name, ID and picture; your subscriber count; your live broadcasts (title, current viewers and likes); your stream keys, to set up the stream without copying them by hand; and your streams' live chat, with Super Chats, Super Stickers, memberships and gifts, including the name and public picture of whoever writes.

What Studio writes, and only when you do it or set it up: the messages you send to the chat from Studio, or that an action you created sends; and, when you start streaming from Studio, your stream's title, description, category, privacy, tags and thumbnail.

What for: only so the Studio features you use work (multichat, reading the chat aloud, alerts, on-screen widgets, live stats and stream setup). We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties and we do not use it to train AI models. StreamPack Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it is kept: your YouTube session (its tokens) is stored only on your PC, encrypted with Windows data protection, and is never sent to our servers. Chat and stream data are processed on your PC; whatever Studio keeps from them (for example Top donors or the stream reports) also stays only on your PC. The only thing that reaches our server is the name and image of YouTube gifts for the shared catalog, without who sent them.

How to remove access and delete the data: when you disconnect YouTube in Studio, the session is deleted from your PC and the permission is revoked at Google. You can also revoke it at any time from your Google Account security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Data Studio kept on your PC is deleted when you reset those sections or uninstall Studio. For any question, or to ask us to delete something, email soporte@streampackapp.com.
