Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all purchases (subscriptions and token top-ups) are final and, as a general rule, we do NOT grant refunds once payment is completed. Upon completing the purchase, tokens are credited instantly and plan features become available, so they are considered delivered.

If you believe your case justifies a refund, you may request one by emailing soporte@streampackapp.com from your account's email, including the transaction identifier (found in your Polar receipt) and explaining the reason in detail.

Each request is reviewed individually. Approval is at our discretion and, where applicable, Polar (Merchant of Record) processes the refund to the original payment method. Tokens already consumed are normally non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account → Billing. Canceling stops future renewals and you keep access to your plan until the end of the period already paid for. Canceling does not, by itself, refund the current period.

At launch, StreamPack granted a trial period with free tokens on signup. Given the reception the service received, that promotional period has ended and the Free plan no longer grants tokens.

To evaluate the service before buying, you can browse the public community gallery and earn free tokens through the referral programme, available under Account → Referrals, at no cost and with no card.

This policy does not limit any rights granted to you on a mandatory basis by applicable law. Where your local regulations require a mandatory refund, we will honor it; in that case, Polar (Merchant of Record) will process the refund to the original payment method.
