Terms of Service

StreamPack lets you generate, edit, download and publish overlays and graphics for live streams using AI models. The service is offered under a tiered subscription model (Free, Creator, Studio) and/or token top-ups.

Tokens are internal credits consumed when generating content. Quotas, per-operation costs and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated.

During the launch period, the Free plan included an allocation of free tokens on signup. Following the reception the service received, that promotion has ended and the Free plan no longer grants tokens. The current free route is the referral programme, whose rewards are shown under Account → Referrals.

Promotions and free allocations are temporary by nature: we may change, suspend or withdraw them at any time, reflecting the change on the Pricing page. This does not affect tokens already credited to your account or paid subscriptions in progress.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

Purchases (subscriptions and top-ups) are processed by our payment partner Polar.sh, acting as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles charging, applicable taxes and invoicing.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; you keep access until the end of the cycle already paid for.

You may not use the service to generate illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, sexually explicit content involving minors, impersonation, or anything that violates streaming platform policies. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You are responsible for the prompts you enter and how you use the generated content.

You retain rights to the overlays you generate, to the extent the law allows for AI-created content. By publishing to the community gallery, you grant other users the right to view and “replicate” your prompt and settings (without receiving your image). You can unpublish them from your library.

StreamPack and its marks, logos and software are owned by StreamPack and protected by applicable laws.

The service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPack will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
