Terms of Service

StreamPack lets you generate, edit, download and publish overlays and graphics for live streams using AI models. The service is offered under a tiered subscription model (Free, Creator, Studio) and/or token top-ups.

Tokens are internal credits consumed when generating content. Quotas, per-operation costs and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated.

During the launch period, the Free plan included an allocation of free tokens on signup. Following the reception the service received, that promotion has ended and the Free plan no longer grants tokens. The current free route is the referral programme, whose rewards are shown under Account → Referrals.

Promotions and free allocations are temporary by nature: we may change, suspend or withdraw them at any time, reflecting the change on the Pricing page. This does not affect tokens already credited to your account or paid subscriptions in progress.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

Purchases (subscriptions and top-ups) are processed by our payment partner Polar.sh, acting as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles charging, applicable taxes and invoicing.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; you keep access until the end of the cycle already paid for.

You may not use the service to generate illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, sexually explicit content involving minors, impersonation, or anything that violates streaming platform policies. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You are responsible for the prompts you enter and how you use the generated content.

You retain rights to the overlays you generate, to the extent the law allows for AI-created content. By publishing to the community gallery, you grant other users the right to view and “replicate” your prompt and settings (without receiving your image). You can unpublish them from your library.

StreamPack and its marks, logos and software are owned by StreamPack and protected by applicable laws.

The service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and update these Terms. Any change will be published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top, so you can review it whenever you like. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPack will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StreamPack Studio on your computers while you have a StreamPack account. You may not decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app.

Studio can be used for free with the Free plan's features. Additional features are unlocked with the Streamer and Streamer Pro plans, or through early access when we grant it. The website's Creator and Studio plans do not include the desktop app's paid features.

Studio is downloaded and updated through the Microsoft Store, and lets you know when a new version is available. Some features need a connection to our servers; if they are unavailable, Studio runs in free mode until they are back.

Connections to Twitch, Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Restream and other third-party services depend on them and may stop working or change without notice if those services change. When using them you must also comply with their terms and community guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you stream and for the messages sent to your chat from Studio.

Optional components you download from Studio (AI models, voices and others) have their own licenses, shown in the app.

Your stream on the StreamPack website: while you stream with Studio, the StreamPack home page shows that you are live, with your channel's public name, its platform, its public profile picture and how long you've been streaming. It is part of the Studio service and cannot be turned off. It is only shown while you are live, stops showing when you end the stream, and no sensitive data is ever published: not your email, real name, stream keys, earnings or any other account data. StreamPack Studio uses the YouTube API Services to connect your channel: reading your streams' chat and events, sending the messages you write, filling in your stream key and showing your stream's stats.

By connecting your YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). How your YouTube data is handled is described in our Privacy Notice and is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

You can disconnect YouTube from Studio at any time, or revoke access from your Google Account security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

StreamPack Studio includes a tool to create synthetic voices from audio or video you provide, whether files on your computer or links to social networks. StreamPack only provides the tool: you are solely responsible for the content you upload, for having the rights or the person's permission to use their voice, and for any use you make of the tool and of the voices you generate.

Before creating a voice you must declare that the voice is yours or that you have its owner's permission, and accept this responsibility. You may not use the tool or the voices to impersonate anyone, deceive, defame, harass, commit fraud or infringe third-party rights.

The voices you create are created and stored on your computer. StreamPack does not receive them, does not review them and does not share them with other users.

Downloading content from social networks with the tool is your responsibility and is subject to those networks' terms and to applicable law. StreamPack is not liable for damages or claims arising from your use of the tool or of the voices.

Voices published by StreamPack: StreamPack may make available to users, inside Studio (the “AI voices” section), voice models created with the permission of the person who owns the voice or through its own training. You may use them in your streams under these Terms and the acceptable-use rules in this section.

Claims about those voices: if you believe a voice published by StreamPack uses your voice or someone else's without permission, or infringes any right, email soporte@streampackapp.com saying which voice it is. Upon a claim, StreamPack will remove that voice from the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPack is not liable for claims arising from those voices or from how users use them; removing the voice is how StreamPack responds to the claim.
