Settings holds your account, your plan, the widgets to take into OBS and the app's preferences, spread across five tabs.

How do I take a Studio widget into OBS?

Widgets for OBS lists every widget you have in your scenes (live chat, actions panel, top donors, top likes, follower goal, scoreboard, highlight box), with its mode (carousel, rows, grid, vertical).

  1. 1Put the widget in a Studio scene: its data and settings come from there.
  2. 2In Settings → Widgets for OBS, press Copy address on the one you want.
  3. 3In OBS: Sources → + → Browser and paste the address.

Important: They work while Studio is open and only on this computer. If the address was seen on a stream or in a screenshot, press Change the key: the ones you already pasted in OBS will stop working and you'll have to copy them again.

What can I change in Preferences?

  • The app's Language (Spanish or English).
  • Clip duration: how many seconds “Save clip” keeps.
  • Preview saver mode: the preview at half resolution to use less of the computer; what you record and stream doesn't change.
  • Studio layout: Reset to the default layout puts Studio's blocks back in place.
  • App introduction: see the tour again the next time you open Studio.

Which alerts can Windows give me?

In Notifications you choose which alerts show in the Windows notification centre. They only show when Studio isn't in view (minimized or behind the game):

  • Streaming: a platform dropped or came back, a lot of frames are being lost or the stream stopped by itself.
  • Chat and events: a network's chat disconnected (Live Actions and voice stop working) and when it comes back.
  • Recording: the recording is ready as MP4, the conversion failed or there's a problem while recording.
  • AI Clips: the clips are ready or the process failed.
  • Updates: there's a new version of Studio.
