How do I turn it on?
Clips IA is a downloadable module: the first time, press Download Clips IA inside the section. It installs only once.

Clips IA takes one of your recordings, finds the best moments and turns them into vertical clips ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts, with subtitles and the framing following whoever is talking.
Why does it ask for an AI key? How much does it cost?
Clips IA uses your own key from an AI provider (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq…). The call goes straight from your computer to the provider, it never goes through StreamPack's servers, so what you pay (if anything) is what that provider charges. Google has a free tier on its “flash” models.
To turn the audio into text with timestamps you can also use your own AssemblyAI, Deepgram or Groq key.

How do I get clips out of a recording?
- 1Pick the recording (you can also bring it from the Recordings section).
- 2Studio prepares it, transcribes it and the AI analyses the best moments.
- 3Review the proposed clips: on each one you can adjust the framing and its tracking, or use split screen (it works best with 2 or 3 people in shot).
- 4Add subtitles and choose style, font, colour, size, width and position.
- 5If needed, raise the clip's volume above the original and export it.
Tip: If you get a “model under heavy demand” error, change the model in the provider settings; empty uses the default one.
